Privacy & personal information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the categories of information that may be involved when someone visits our sales website, sends us an enquiry or uses a company account in the Doctors Detailing platform. The sales website and the logged-in field application serve different purposes, and not every data category applies to every visitor.

Last updated: 11 October 2026
This page applies to Doctors Detailing by Pharmadigi. For questions about your specific company subscription, please request the applicable written quotation or account agreement.

1. Who operates the service

Doctors Detailing is a pharma field-workflow product by Pharmadigi, Sahso, Prayagraj – 221507, India. For privacy questions, write to mypharmadigi@gmail.com or call +91 8052198037. Where a pharma company creates and manages team accounts, that company may determine which professional records its authorised users enter and how they use them.

2. Information you choose to provide

For a sales enquiry, we request your name, company, mobile number, approximate MR team size and the features you wish to discuss. A question or note is optional. The current enquiry form opens a prepared WhatsApp message; no enquiry is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp.

For the operational app, data can include account names, work email addresses, company and role assignments, authorised phone numbers, product visual aids, brand projects, call plans, order entries, price lists, messages and similar field-operation records when those modules are enabled. We do not ask you to upload patient medical records to our marketing website.

3. Automatically processed technical information

As with most web services, hosting and application infrastructure may handle IP addresses, request times, browser/device characteristics, service logs and authentication or security information needed to operate the site and logged-in service. Essential login or security storage may be used where the relevant service needs it.

The current sales-site source does not intentionally add an advertising tracker or optional web-analytics integration. We will update this policy and the Cookie Policy before introducing non-essential trackers or advertising integrations.

4. Why information is processed

We use information for the purpose for which it was submitted: answering questions, demonstrating the service, setting up and administering authorised business accounts, presenting approved product materials, operating enabled field tools, diagnosing technical problems and protecting the platform.

We may also need to maintain limited information for legitimate record-keeping, financial administration, security incidents, disputes or obligations under applicable law. Information should not be used to make decisions about patient treatment.

5. Service providers and information sharing

Website and app hosting, authorised support tools and other technical providers may process information as necessary to operate the service. WhatsApp processes enquiry messages under its own rules once you choose to send them. We do not describe the sales form as storing messages on our own lead database.

Company administrators and authorised team members may access records according to assigned roles. We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may disclose limited information where valid legal process requires it, or to investigate security incidents, consistent with applicable law.

6. Data storage, retention and protection

We use role-based access and available device or server controls to reduce unauthorised access. Prepared visual-aid content may be stored locally on supported devices for offline viewing. No online service or local device can be guaranteed free from all risks.

Retention depends on the kind of record, the organisation controlling it, the subscription relationship, operational requirements and applicable law. We do not publish an unsupported universal deletion deadline. Requests to remove information are reviewed after identifying the account and determining whether a company administrator or another party controls the relevant record.

7. Your privacy choices and requests

Subject to applicable requirements, you may ask us to help you access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account or enquiry. Email mypharmadigi@gmail.com from the registered address, describe the data concerned and provide enough information for identity verification. Do not send your password or OTP.

See the public Account Deletion page for account and organisation-specific cases. Removing the app or browser shortcut does not by itself remove a server account or exported content.

8. Professional audience, third parties and changes

Doctors Detailing is intended for authorised professional and business use, not for children. Links to external apps, payment providers, websites and future customer video services may have separate privacy terms.

We may revise this policy when our product, vendors or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected in the published document and, where appropriate, communicated to affected customers. Questions can be sent to mypharmadigi@gmail.com.

This policy is written for the current website and known app functions. The company must verify hosting-provider disclosures, app data flows and regulatory requirements before public launch.
